BOOKINGS & CANCELLATION POLICY
To secure your appointment a non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking. Please give a minimum of 48 hours notice should you wish to cancel an appointment as a courtesy to both our stylist and other guests. Giving notice will enable us to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time. Failure to give 48 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF VOUCHERS AND DISCOUNTS

• • To avoid disappointment please note that all discount vouchers MUST be shown at your visit as a payment method. If you forget your voucher we cannot process your discount.
  • NO two discounts can be used at the same time.
  • Vouchers that are past expiry date cannot be accepted.
  • Students must show ID if they want the student package.
  • Subject to availability and selected stylists.
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash value.
  • Packages must be paid in full at the time of booking. This is a non-refundable deposit but is transferable due to certain circumstances.
